The Lux apartment is located near the new Santa Maria degli Angeli Hospital. Completely renovated, it is part of a quiet complex of 4 apartments, it is equipped with many comforts such as parking, Wi-Fi fiber connection, air conditioning and access to Streaming platforms (Netflix, Amazon Prime and Disney +), all available free of charge to those who stay there.

The apartment offers comfort and relaxation in a residential area that allows you to reach many points of interest in the city: hospital, historic center, train station, fair, university and mountain and seaside resorts.

An excellent base also to reach tourist sites such as Venice, Udine, Palmanova, etc.

The Lux apartment offers three comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed, one with a queen-size bed and the other with a bunk bed. The two complete bathrooms have a hairdryer and courtesy set and a towel warmer with independent ignition.

The open space living area is furnished with a sitting area and a kitchen complete with all appliances, with the addition of a coffee machine and other hot drinks. The queen-size sofa can easily be transformed into a bed based on reservations and requests. The sleeping area is equipped with air conditioning independent from that of the living area. During the winter season the apartment is heated with underfloor heating.

Pordenone is a small city but full of initiatives and events. The apartment is located in the former military district, now completely residential. Just 550 meters away we find the main hospital of the province, a very popular Chinese restaurant and the possibility of reaching the center on foot or by public transport very easily.
